Everiithing.com
Nigeria's first fully managed, verification-first marketplace for home and business service providers, designed and built end-to-end, from concept through full-stack deployment.
Problem
Trust is the missing layer in Nigeria's home services market.
Customers can't verify providers on WhatsApp or Instagram. Poor workmanship goes unchecked. Pricing is opaque, negotiated on the fly. No-shows are routine. Zero formal recourse when things go wrong.
Skilled artisans are invisible too, buried under unqualified competitors with no way to build a verifiable reputation or access consistent work.
Solution / Process
A fully managed marketplace designed and built solo, end to end. Platform controls pricing, quality, and the full customer experience.
Seven-stage verification pipeline includes document submission, NIN identity match, reference calls, guarantor submission, in-person interview, practical skills test, and platform onboarding.
Flat-rate pricing across 7 service categories: plumbing, electrical, AC, generator/inverter, painting, deep cleaning, and carpentry. No hidden fees, no negotiation.
End-to-end booking-to-payout flow: browse, book, escrow payment, job completion, funds released, rate and review.
Three connected surfaces: a customer-facing booking app, a provider dashboard with earnings tracker, and an internal admin panel for verification and dispute resolution.
MVP scoped deliberately for a focused Lagos pilot. Subscriptions, live chat, GPS tracking, and native mobile apps deferred from v1.
Outcome
Shipped and soft-launched to early testers. Everiithing is live and actively onboarding its first customers and verified service providers across Lagos.
